From Chilaquiles and Micheladas, to Churro Waffles and Mimosas, our brunch menu is sure to please everyone in your group. Keep reading to check out what’s else is on the menu!

Brunch Drinks

Our brunch menu includes 5 alcoholic beverages that pair perfect with breakfast foods. If you’re looking for something non-alcoholic, we still serve our full menu during brunch hours!

Mimosas

Starting off with a brunch favorite, is our Mimosas! Order is by the glass or carafe, and choose from original, strawberry, mango, or strawberry.

Bloody Mary And Bloody Maria

Another brunch classic on our menu is the Bloody Mary (made with vodka), and Bloody Maria (made with tequila)! Both come served in a glass or carafe. You can’t go wrong with either of these options!

Michelada

It wouldn’t be brunch without adding our famous Michelada to the menu! This drink comes served in a 22oz mug.

Mosarita

Our Mosarita is made with your choice of fruit margarita and champagne! Choose from mango, peach, strawberry, or pomegranate margarita.

Now that we’ve got your attention with our array of beverages, let’s move on to the food! Our brunch menu includes 6 food items to choose from, and no matter what you pick, it’ll be delicious!

Chilaquiles

Our Chilaquiles have been a crowd favorite since brunch started! This dish comes with crispy tortilla chips with shredded chicken or brisket, smothered in your choice of our homemade tomato, green tomatillo or spicy tomatillo sauce, served with two eggs and beans. It also comes topped with Mexican crema and avocado slices.

Brisket Scramble

If you have your eye on our Brisket Scramble, trust us when we say order it! This dish is a mix of brisket, diced potatoes, bell peppers and onion, smothered in your choice of homemade tomato, jalapeno cream, tomatillo, or spicy tomatillo sauce. It comes served with two eggs cooked to order on top, and sliced avocado. Pair it with a bloody Mary, and you’re all set!

Stacked Enchiladas

This dish is on our regular menu, but is a great option for brunch as well! Our stacked enchiladas are layered with your choice of enchilada fillings, smothered with your choice of homemade sauce, and topped with two eggs cooked your way. Comes served with your choice of two sides.

Steak And Eggs

Another item that is too good not to try is our Stacked Enchiladas! A 5 oz tender sirloin steak topped with green onions and two eggs cooked to order, topped with our homemade tomato sauce. It comes served with your choice of two sides.

Huevos Rancheros

Huevos Rancheros have always been a brunch classic! Three fried eggs on top of hot corn tortillas, smothered in our salsa entomatada, and topped with cheese and sliced avocado. Try it with our Michelada!

Churro Waffles

If you’ve got more of a sweet tooth, try our Churro waffles! These fluffy waffles are coated with cinnamon and sugar with sides of chocolate and lecherita (sweetened condensed milk). Get it served with strawberries and syrup if you want it! You can also add eggs and bacon for $3 more.

Although Lubbock is our only location that currently serves brunch, you can still come eat with us for lunch and dinner at our other Locations!
