Life is a fiesta at The Plaza Restaurant & Bar….but your safety comes first.

We have made a commitment to the health and safety of our guests and staff. And as part of that commitment, we are taking every precaution and following health protocol.

Here’s what we’re doing to protect members of the community like you.

Restaurant Dining

Currently (as of August 2020), our dining room is at 50% capacity.

  • All guests are asked to wear a face covering upon entry. A hand sanitizer station is available for use near the entrance. Guests may remove their masks once they are seated.
  • All staff will wear masks and gloves. These protective coverings are changed out periodically throughout their shift
  • Groups will be seated 6 ft. apart or will have a partition to separate from other tables. Tables of more than 10 people are not permitted as per state mandate.
  • Paper menus and single-serve condiments are provided. Disposable flatware is available upon request.  We do not leave these items on an unoccupied table and thoroughly clear and sanitize tabletops after a party leaves.
  • Cleaning, disinfecting, and sanitizing of all items and surfaces that come into contact with guests and staff is done regularly throughout the day.
  • Contactless payment is better! We encourage you to use contactless forms of payment such as debit and credit cards. If you will be handling cash, please use our hand sanitizer station before and after payment!

Curbside Services

Our curbside service is a wonderful option for those who may have concerns about social gatherings or will not be wearing a mask to enter the restaurant. You can use our curbside service in two ways:

  • Call ahead to the store to place your order ahead of time before pickup.
  • Simply pull into our designated curbside spots in front of the store, where a staff member will come out to take your order, then bring it to you when it is ready!

We are more than happy to serve you, whether you choose in-house or curbside dining!

Catering Services

We will continue to provide catering services while following State health mandates for COVID-19 safety. At this time, if more than 10 people will attend the event, the event venue will require approval of the mayor or county judge. Customers who are booking catering services will be informed of this ordinance and may be required to show proof of the approval.

How we can help each other

We will carry out our commitment to the community and our guests by holding to our word and putting safety first. Join us in our goal of keeping those around us safe by:

  • Waiting to visit us if you have any of the following symptoms: fever, sneezing, runny nose, chills, body aches, loss of smell or taste.
  • Waiting to visit us if you have been in contact with anyone who has contracted COVID-19 or has displayed any symptoms within the last 14 days.
  • Practicing handwashing and good hygiene along with maintaining social distancing during your time with us as a guest.

We are honored to have the opportunity to uphold our commitment and continue serving our guests during this period of time. The health and safety of our community is the most important thing to us and we would like to thank you for your continued support.
