It’s been one year since we launched The Plaza Restaurant’s very own line of handpicked reposado tequila. We can hardly believe time has passed so fast, but we are thrilled to have reached this one year mark and it’s all thanks to our phenomenal guests!

Our hand-picked Reposado blend has been aged for 8-months, compared to the standard six months seen with other brands. Bottled on-site in Mexico by Avion and then exported directly to us to serve to our guests at The Plaza, this tequila is truly one-of-a-kind.

We initially bought only one barrel as a limited run that we could have a fun experience with. But the enthusiastic reception, combined with the surprisingly high demand for the bottled reposado blend, we decided to see if we could make our tequila a mainstay at The Plaza Restaurants.

We held an invitation-only launch party on January 21st to celebrate our new tequila, and we couldn’t have been happier with the results. 

Not only did we receive rave reviews, amazing feedback from guests, we were also featured in several area publications for our special line. 

We love to use our personal blend when it comes to mixing drinks for our beloved guests. We found ourselves experimenting with all the seasonal favorites throughout the year.

It’s been a wonderful year of serving our guests our treasured tequila, and we would like to thank each and every one of you who helped make this possible. We look forward to seeing what we can create next!
